It's fun how it actively tries to kill me. I should have gotten a beefier frame like a downhill bike. But, when I get the weight in the basket, it'll remedy a lot of the squirreliness. Should be a lot of fun when I install the motor.

Fair enough, hub motor would be slightly more efficient anyway. Plus with the fan you also need a sail....

Nice work btw. Have you put some weight in the cart to test balance yet? I know I would load that cart to the point of balance(with rider) to get enough load off the rear for burnout testing. On that subject, the thought of hitting those front brakes with a heavy load in the cart conjures up images of the Duke in flight. If you still have the castor wheels they might do well as anti-catapult wheels under the front?
